Sales Fresh Graduate Required
Understand the Basics: Make sure you have a solid understanding of sales fundamentals such as prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Consider taking online courses or reading books on sales techniques.
Learn to handle rejection gracefully and use it as an opportunity to learn and refine your approach.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and promoting fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets.
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the development of effective sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in fresh food sales, with a strong understanding of cooperatives and central market operations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers and close deals.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve specified goals.
Good knowledge of fresh food products and their specifications.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as marketing, business administration, or commerce) preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent command on Arabic & English language.
Experience in similar roles for 1-2 years
Ability to self-organize, work autonomously.
