Job opportunity available in General Contracting and Project Management Company Situated in Sharq, Kuwait City.
Executive Secretary – 1 (Male / Female)
Should have minimum 3 years work experience in General Contracting and Project Management Company in Kuwait.
Experience:
• Should have excellent communication skill in English and Arabic: Read, write and speak.
• Greet Clients / Visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individuals.
• Respond to queries in person, via telephone / email / whatsapp.
• Maintain general office record systems to uphold accurate files.
• Compose Project Proposals, Contracts, letters, Documents, memos and emails in Arabic / English.
• Screen documents, arrange meetings, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and report to CEO / Managing Director.
• Support project Management team for communication between client and office.
• Excellent knowledge in computer application Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying, printing.
• Coordinate with Accounts Department for project payments follow up.
