• FOUR (4) new Shortwave Transmitter Systems for USA Kuwait Transmitting Station, Al Jahra, Kuwait.
• The quotation submission deadline date is May 6, 2024.

• The project duration will be 3 years.
Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall be responsible for packing, transporting, delivering and installing transmitters in dedicated, custom transmitter bays that will include air handling units capable of cooling ambient air at 150,000BTU/Hr and required electrical connections for the transmitter systems. As an integral part of this procurement, the contractor shall provide liquid cooling and associated heat exchanger requirements as part of their proposal.
The Contractor shall coordinate and facilitate communications among officials for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of Shortwave Transmitter systems at the USA Kuwait Transmission Station in Al Jahra, Kuwait.
The Contractor and/or its subcontractors shall be responsible for providing all required hand tools, electrical tools and test equipment, ladders, scaffolding, heavy lifting equipment, NDAA Section 889 compliant laptop computers and cellular telephones and all other tools and materials required to deliver, install, interconnect, align and commission Shortwave Transmitter systems. Non-compliant NDAA Section 889 compliant electronic devices including laptops, cellphones, drones, and cameras are prohibited at the Station.
