RFQ for Cook services for the Marine Security Guards at the U.S. base operations in Abu Dhabi
Dear Contractors,
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company contractor submitting an acceptable quote at the lowest price.
 The pre-quotation conference/site visit will be held on April 2, 2024, at 10:00 am
 The Project duration will be 5 years.
 Quotations are due by April 15, 2024, at 10:00 am (UAE time)

Scope of work:
The Contractor shall provide personnel, all management, supervision, administrative support, labor, logistics, training, health insurance coverage, Workmen’s Compensation Plan, severance pay, transportation, and other items necessary to perform full food services for 7 to 8 marine staff.
Service will be provided as a minimum on Monday through Friday. Meal preparation for Saturday and Sunday will be performed on Friday if requested in advance with meal plans. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes.

The U.S. Government requires a variety of food operations services including, but not limited
to:
• Menu Planning and Coordination
• Food Sourcing and Provisioning
• Food purchasing trips with Mess NCO
• Food Preparation and Service
• Food Service Staffing
• Quality Management
• Maintaining Food Hygiene Safety
