My Life in Kuwait

Tuesday, February 20, 2024

When I came to Kuwait, I was just two years old. I can’t remember what my reaction was, but I remember that I was mesmerized by the beauty of the land, I was surrounded by lights everywhere. At nighttime if you go out it would be wonderful. It became many years staying in here. Now I am ten years old. But still I used to visit my native place once in a year. When I was four, I really understood that I was totally in another country. I told my parents that this place was way more beautiful than India. They asked me why I felt like that, and I told them that, I found many beautiful places to go like the Kuwait tower, haveli park, winter wonderland, KidZania, etc. Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha are the two main religious festivals people celebrate here. the Al-Shaheed Park hosts a range of activities and events to celebrate these occasions, including the Kuwaiti music and dance etc. The Kuwait tower is popular landmark in Kuwait City, which is known for its stunning views of the city and the Persian Gulf.

While my parents told me that in India there are more better places to go but I kept telling Kuwait was better. In the month of February, it is HALAFEB it is special day here. When it is so fun. People spray water to express their joy and share joy with others. So, yes, it is my favourite place and later I also understood that not only Kuwait and India are special but also every other country Even everything is special for one or the other thing. And then I told my parents I like all the things and countries in the world.
