@abhijit : Dear today is 25th . 27-28 are friday/sat holidays. only 4 days of Jan. Do not take too much tension. Take 2 days medical leave and sleep in blanket.

Dear abhijit, get extra protection, buy more inner thermal wear, cover your ears when you step out on the street. Do whatever you have to to protect from the extreme cold and turn up on time to work and prove your worth. Raise your performance and become a BOSS yourself. It will do you no good to categorize people from a certain state to hide your shortcomings or inabilities. Make no mistake, I am from Maharashtra not from Kerala. But one should not generalize. If somebody is a BOSS it is because he deserves it. Wasta & influence can work for some period but not forever. Ultimately your talent,ability and perseverance will come through.

Regarding giving holidays when it is too cold, firstly there is no provision in labour law for this. Secondly, one cannot set a precedent otherwise for every other reason people will start demanding offs. Lets face it, we are here to work and make the most of it for ourselves as well as our families, and in the process, make a good name for the country we represent.

So please be positive and channel all that positive energy in your work and be as good as anybody if not better than them. CHEERS!!!

if too much cold, all office must give holiday to workers. how we are suffering by taking bus everyday, standing in the open stop. all keralites are big bosses having big cars. us poor people cannot buy car with 250 KD.
