Extreme cold weather in Kuwait till end of January - Al-Sadoun

Extreme cold weather will be prevalent in Kuwait starting today until the end of the month, said Adel Al-Sadoun, a Kuwaiti astronomer and historian.

Speaking to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Sadoun said that the current weather was due to the northwestern wind which usually brings temperature down especially in the early hours of the morning.

Al-Sadoun also revealed that Kuwait's desert and open areas will be subjected to the temperature drop.
