The main issue does not seem to be addressed yet. When somebody stops you and demands you to show your Civil Id, how will you ensure that he is a genuine police man!!! Here lies the basic problem. The authorities should clearly device a method to help common people identify the impersonators. Otherwise, any action may not yield the expected result.

Everyone living as Indian nationals:
1. Should abide by laws of the nation.
2. Should take all precautions to avoid being targeted by criminals in the area.
We need to help ourselves to be healthy to earn and support our dependent family members and parents.

Presence of cops may reduce incidents. But more than helping, cops will end up harassing the Indians residing in jleeb.

@Leslie, limiting expats in the country is another subject. As a Governor of the area, He is committed to provide the safety and security of people living under his governorate.

He had attended many Indian events and had a good rappo with the Indian community. Hope he will take strict action againts illegal elemenats in Jleeb area.
