Kuwait is a country in the Western Asia. Kuwait’s neighbouring countries are Iraq and Saudi Arabia. It is bounded by Persian Gulf. It has a total costal length of 500 km. In past, most of present-day Kuwait was part of ancient Mesopotamia. Kuwait represents a Golden Falcon Bird. Oil reserves were discovered in commercial quantities in 1938. In 1946, crude oil was exported for the first time. From 1946 to 1982, the country underwent large-scale modernization, largely based on income from oil production.

Kuwait has the sixth-largest oil reserve in the world.

Kuwait holds 104 billion barrels of proven oil reserves. This is the world’s sixth-largest oil reserve. Oil reserves in Kuwait make up 8 per cent of the oil reserves in the world. Kuwait’s oil reserves is equivalent to 774.6 times its annual consumption, and therefore, without Net Exports, there are roughly 775 years of oil left. This is at current consumption levels and excludes unproven reserves.

Some of the landmarks of Kuwait are - Grand Mosque, Kuwait Towers, Sadu House, The Seif Palace, Liberation Tower, National Museum and many more.

Kuwait and India has a very good diplomatic relationship . The population of Kuwait contains 9,89,000 Indians. Kuwait used Indian currency in 1950’s .The majority of these originate from the South Indian states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Most of the Indians travel to Kuwait for jobs. Most of the oil to India is exported by Kuwait and Kuwait and India has a good business and trade relationship. India is one of the largest trade export partner of Kuwait. In early times Kuwait used Indian currency. The current Amir of Kuwait is HIS HIGHNESS Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. On 30 September 2020, he succeeded to the throne following the death of his cousin HIS HIGHNESS Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabha. Most of the development of relationship between Kuwait and India was in the year 2020-21 and marks 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relationship between two countries. Kuwait has exported oxygen cylinders to India in critical situations during pandemic. Many minerals and raw materials was exported to India by Kuwait.

Major items to be exported from India to Kuwait in a broad range including food items, iron and steel, textiles, garments, electrical and engineering equipment, machinery and mechanical appliances, ceramic products, vehicles tyre, metal products, etc.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited Kuwait and developed a good relationship......

Above story is good and informative but i never heard Indian prime minister visit in Kuwait.can i ask the writter when prime minister visited kuwait.
