Tourism is a major economic activity that has developed significantly over the years. It’s an activity that can be recognized in both developed and developing nations. In general terms, tourism is the movement of a person from place to place to visit and mesmerize the beauty of the place or to have fun.

For any country, tourism generates a lot of money especially a country like India. India, one of the world's oldest civilizations, is a captivating blend of diverse cultures and experiences. This mesmerizing country boasts a rich heritage and an array of attractions, making it a highly sought-after tourist destination.

Due to the Taj Mahal (one of the seven wonders of the world) every year the government rise a huge sum of revenue. The Taj Mahal is not the only destination in India that attract tourist. The immense mausoleum of white marble, the Taj Mahal standing in majestically on the banks or river Yamuna, is a magnet that attracts the tourists from across the globe. Yet it’s funny how even though the site has never failed to blow away the minds of the tourists, it has their little one’s bored. As children would rather spend their time in rides and play grounds, jumping around than get fascinated by a monument. I suggest if we were to build aqua parks or parks around the area then, even the little ones will enjoy their time and leave their parents to explore peacefully.

Kerala, known as "God's Own Country," is a paradise for tourists. The serene backwaters of Alleppey and Kumarakom offer tranquil houseboat experiences.

Munnar's tea plantations and the wildlife-rich Periyar National Park captivate nature lovers. The beautiful beaches of Kovalam and Varkala provide relaxation by the Arabian Sea. Kerala's rich culture, Ayurvedic treatments, and delicious cuisine make it a top travel destination.

Munnar, Varkala Beach, Lighthouse Beach in Kovalam, Periyar National Park, Chinese Fishing Net, Vembanad Beach, Mattancherry Palace, Cherai Beach, Guruvayur Temple and Athirapally Waterfalls are some of the best places to visit in Kerala. The introduction of water metro in Kochi will surely make your Kerala visit more interesting. Good infrastructure, such as roads, airports, and public transportation, is essential for tourists to travel within the state. Improving infrastructure can make it easier and more convenient for tourists to explore Kerala.

Andhra Pradesh boasts several captivating tourist spots. Araku Valley's scenic beauty, Visakhapatnam's beaches draw many visitors. The historic Golconda Fort and the serene Nagarjuna Sagar Dam are also popular destinations. For cultural enthusiasts, the ancient Buddhist site of Amaravati offer enriching experiences. To improve the tourism industry in Andhra Pradesh, the state government can focus on developing infrastructure, promoting eco-tourism, and creating more tourist-friendly policies. Additionally, efforts can be made to improve the quality of accommodation, transportation, and other tourism-related services. Promoting lesser known destinations like Araku Valley, Konaseema, Gandikota, Belum Caves, etc. can also help in spreading tourism across the state and reducing over-crowding in popular destinations like Vizag or Tirupati.

Another thing that we must look into, is the travelling time which can be really annoying sometimes. If we were to solve this problem, by establishing metro rail services in all our states, we ourselves and visitors would have a lot of time and energy that goes into all the travelling. New metro rail systems are under the construction on various cities, which is a mood brightening news.

With all of what India has in a single land it is surprising that India nonetheless lies thirty fourth at the vacationer appeal listing, However the rapid development and newly rising sites in our country is leading us to an even brighter future. I suggest if we were to have more than one tourism sites and amusing locations to go to in each State, we will boom the tourist attraction.
