Ever since India began partaking in national sporting events, its collection of medals and trophies just kept getting bigger. India has part taken in numerous championships like the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, South Asian Games, Lusofonia Games, and World Games and Military World Games. India started to gain its reputation in sports right after 2000. An Indian woman won a medal at the Olympic Games, the holy grail of sports, and that’s where it all began the revolution of India dominating in all sorts of athletics. It’s the unity between the men and women that bought India up to the level to be able to proudly raise their flag in any national or international sporting event.
