India, as we all know is one of the countries that is getting ahead in Technology. I will be telling about some of the advancements in Digital technology for common man. One of the main advancements India made is in the field of digital development which is known as Digital India. The Indian government launched the Digital India campaign to make government services available to citizens electronically by online infrastructure improvement and also by enhancing internet connectivity. This is very beneficial as it also aims to empower the country digitally in the domain of technology. One of the Key Initiatives is ‘Universal Access to mobile’. It was launched to provide mobile connectivity to more than 55,600 villages in India. The second is giving Wi-Fi access to the public so they don’t have to rely on mobile data. The third is E-education and this provides education to all students through electronic devices. The list of features is never ending. One more Digital technology I would like to talk about is Aarogya Setu. This is a software that was completely made for the purpose of COVID-19 and health. The main features of this app are that they help you schedule online doctor appointments and consult to your doctor with the comfort of home. Aarogya Setu helps you to schedule/reschedule/cancel your appointments for covid-19 vaccination and more related to COVID-19. India is now developing more and more to serve the people of its country. These are all are just some advancements made by India for common man.

A very Happy republic day to all Indians!
