Technology is a scientific knowledge of human life and it discovers a lot of things about human lifestyle, environment and makes life easier eg. Fridge, television, microwave, air conditioner, turbines, large scale machines used in factories, nuclear power plant, satellites etc.India is a vast country of high population with Unity In Diversity. It is the second most populous democracy country in the world. Its is a blooming country which is competing globally.

Early humans developed technologies like stoneworking agriculture, textile manufacture etc.Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru led to the foundation of the Indian Institute of Technology in 1950.Nowadays new improvised 5G network has been introduced which has a data speed of upto 10 Gbps.National Language Processing (NLP) is also used which is a stream of Artificial Intelligence (AI).It includes discipline like computer science and computational linguistics. It brings people of different linguistic background to convieniently use digital medium and express themselves in their own language. Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality(VR) consumer usage has increased due to low cost.

Humanoid Robots have also been lately used in many industries to boost productivity and enhance customer engagement. The benefit of using robots is they save workers from performing dangerous tasks. They can work in hazardous conditions. They are capable of lifting heavy loads without injury.Customer assistance robot is used for Vistara Airlines at Indira Gandhi Airport,Delhi. Some more robots like Manav is India’s first 3D-printed humanoid robot. It is 2 kilo ,two feet tall.Mitra is the first indigenously built robot. It is capable of interacting with humans smartly.

India has also excelled in nuclear technology which was invented by Dr. Homi Bhabha. He is also known as the “Father of Indian Nuclear Programme”. India has 4 types of missiles like Prithvi-II,Agni-I,Agni-II,Agni-III. The lastest trend in nuclear is Small Modular Reactor(SMR) which generates less than 300 MW. It is also low costing. There are many more technologies invented and implemented in the Indian lifestyle presently which cannot be counted and expressed in details.

Lastly I end my passage with the following words told by our prime minister Narendra Modi “I dream of a Digital India where knowledge is strength and empowers the people. My personal belief is that “Technology is a tool which turns ideas into reality”.

Jai Hind
