We have a nation that we admire
With glory and uniqueness at every corner.
A land of festivals and diversity
People filled with happiness and integrity
United under a single banner- ‘India’.
They fought with bravery and valour
She stands strong without an armour
The nation were justice stands out
And inequality bounds back – ‘India’
From the mighty mountains and the green forests
To the long rivers and fertile valleys
She is all about beauty and wonders
The undaunted soldiers of our nation
Sacrifice their lives, to defend our mother -‘India’.
They struggle in dire straits,
Suffering the pain all by themselves
They are the ones who are real heroes
Their legacy would live long ages
We will stand united, with solidarity.
The courageous souls of the brave patriots,
Fill our minds with pride and we chant-‘india’.
The gallant gentleman gave her a canon.
To teach her children laws and justice.
She with different cultures, languages and festivals
But, one chain that tied her together
The unfaltering belief in the religion - ‘India’
