Soldiers are the guardians of a country who protect their
citizens. They are required to serve the nation and their life is mostly based on sacrifice and selflessness. The soldiers of a nation build up a strong wall that protects the country and the citizens of that country.

As soon as a soldier joins the army, his duty is to safeguard his country. He is trained to win the battle. The life of a soldier is all about commitment towards the safety of the country.

The safety of the country lies in his own hands and he should be ready to protect it at all cost. The life of a soldier is very disciplined because he should be prepared in the best way even if anything worse happens in the future. The life of a soldier is always at risk. They have to fight whenever the country needs them even without thinking about themselves or their loved ones. Therefore, it is considered to be the most selfless and challenging profession in the world. Being a soldier is an honour to one’s self and their families. Rigorous training is provided both physically and mentally to all
soldiers so that when the right time comes he should be well prepared for war.

A soldier has many good qualities which makes him a good
citizen of the country. These qualities include honesty,
courage, self-control, decency, and conviction of purpose.
Soldiers often face so many difficulties and it is the most
challenging job in the world. Their life is full of challenges and hardships which no ordinary person can go through.

Many soldiers do not have proper bulletproof jackets and
helmets, which makes it tough for them to survive a war.
Prolonged separation from friends and family makes them
more homesick, which causes emotional problems in their
daily life.

We have to consider soldiers as role models and respect them for their selfless help in protecting the nation. Their characteristic qualities should also be considered as a goal for us to live our daily lives.
