Shops selling noise making exhausts will be closed immediately

The Ministry of Interior explained that, in addition to impounding vehicles which makes disturbing noise, any companies which supply such exhausts will be closed immediately. Those involved will be referred to the competent authorities to take legal measures against them.

Officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry will be deployed in workshops to monitor, control and close such violations.

Authorities called on vehicle owners to abide by traffic laws and regulations, and stressing the continuation of intensive security campaigns to arrest violators and take immediate action against them.
