Traffic depart start summoning drivers making wrong U-turns

The Traffic Department has begun summoning drivers who were caught on traffic cameras making U-turns where it is not permitted, in order to take strict legal measures against them.
The department explained that the penalties for unauthorized u-turns include impounding vehicles for 60 days, in addition to other legal measures.
The Ministry of Interior also called on citizens and residents to adhere to traffic regulations and instructions, stressing the continuation of its campaigns to arrest violators and deter wrong behaviors, in order to enhance security and safety on the roads.
