Kuwait Odisha Association Conducted 21st Annual Cricket Tournament and 4th Annual Sports Day

KOA conducted their 21st Annual Cricket tournament (Final) and 4th Annual Family Sports Day for KOA members on Indian Republic Day, 26th January 2024 at Abbasiya.

The Final match of 21st edition of KOA Annual cricket tournament was played between Sunshine Cricket Club & Badarmulla XI.

Live Score updates were done from the venue by Mr. Manas Panda & Mr. Umesh Basantia. Post Match Presentation Event Hosted by Mr. Satyabrata Sutar, General Secretary KOA and Thanked all the participant Teams. Mr. Umesh Panda President KOA, Mr. Girija Padhy Advisor KOA, Mr. Girija Panda Advisor KOA Presented Winners Trophy to Sunshine Cricket club, Runners up Trophy to Badarmulla XI & Player of the match Trophy to Mr. Shankar respectively.

KOA also hosted it’s 4th Family Sports Day on the same day to instill sports culture among the members especially the young generation ones away from e-sports. All the Parents and kids present participated events like Running Race, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Sack Race, etc. All the winners were honoured with Medals by President, Executive Body members & Advisors KOA.

Everybody was in a bright mood and participated whole heartedly in all the sport events in a pleasant weather with the sun playing hide and seek behind the clouds.

Post Prize distribution ceremony there was sumptuous Odia Lunch prepared by own Chefs from KOA Kitchen. KOA sincerely appreciated the hard effort of all the Volunteers who spent their day in preparing such delicious food and helped the overall execution of the event.

The day ended with photo sessions with forever lovely memories.
