241 expats arrested for law violation

The Ministry of Interior said that the inspection campaigns conducted by the General Administration of Residency Affairs Investigations department in Mahboula, Farwaniya, Khaitan, Salmiya, Ardiya, and Amghara area resulted in the arrest of 241 people violating the Residency and Work Law from various regions.
Three of them arrested was accused of begging, 44 violators were working in delivery companies, and 26 were working as daily workers.
Two fake maid offices housing 8 violators were also seized during the campaign.
