Do you need a Degree to be Successful?

Just having a Degree in education is not enough, may be it is a passport to a job, but not to success.
This has been like a tonic/supplement for every teenage given by each and every parent like a daily soup in every house and even our parents were given the same tonic/supplement by their parents so it has been a historical tonic/supplement for each and every generation.
Is Degree important to be successful? What’s the importance of one certificate?
Co-founders of twitter, Facebook and Microsoft have one thing in common, all three of them are college dropouts.
Which school do we study, which college will we go, what’s our background, what does our degree say. All of this is quite important but only till a certain time. This can take us to a job interview but if we actually get that job, what will be our salary and how quickly we’ll get promoted. These things don’t rely on our degree they depend on our performance. The one who fail to understand this, fail in life despite of having a degree because we get lethargic after college and we stop learning new things. Degree is a way to know our self-worth. It is one of the ways but it’s not the only way. A wholesome education in my view is better described as a holistic education that values me and teaches me the branches of education and molding myself by learning the cultural values of being good and responsible. Education does not require any age limit for learning
Education doesn’t mean only getting full marks but at the same time we should update ourselves with the environment.
We don’t have to be a genius or a visionary or even a college graduate to be successful. We just need a framework and a dream.
Education is not just about going to school and getting a degree. It’s about widening our knowledge.
Work smarter not harder.
