Shop seized with over 3000 counterfeit goods

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry seized a store selling counterfeit goods and discovered more than 3,000 counterfeit items of international brands including shoes, bags, clothes and accessories.

The company used an office in an investment building as its headquarters and warehouse to sell and dispose of its goods.

Authorities raided the office after completing a monitoring and verification process by the Commercial Control Emergency Team. The shop was closed and legal procedures are being completed.
