Kuwaiti Voters flocked to polling stations across the country to cast their ballots for the 2023 National Assembly.

In an atmosphere of hope and enthusiasm, voters would be choosing 50 MPs to represent them at parliament in a process that begins at 8:00 am local-time and last until 8:00 pm.

Kuwait's first parliament was formed in 1963 after the country declared independence in 1961.
