New Kuwait Waterfront development project set to begin

Contract awarded for providing design consultancy and supervision services for Kuwait's new waterfront development project.

The project extends over a distance of 9.7 km, from the Yacht Club to Kuwait Towers aims to attract a wide range of recreational activities and events throughout the year, according to reports.

The project will offer essential amenities for visitors, including sports activities, swimming areas, a bicycle path, a jogging path, and a recreational area for children. It will also bring more than 60 commercial and investment opportunities for Kuwaiti companies.

The design consultancy and supervision contract was awarded to SSH consultancy, which in collaborate with Ahmadiah Contracting company will deliver the project over the course of one year.
