Upkar Association Kuwait celebrated Holi at Kheiran

Upkar Association Kuwait, one of the prominent Association of Indians formed in Kuwait, had its Holi celebrations on March 10th 2023 at a desert camp in Kheiran. The festival of colors was celebrated in the day time with a number of different games and other events thrown in. The day saw lots of fun and spot prizes being given away.

Despite rain and wind, Upkar members and guests turned up in large numbers to celebrate the festival..The DJ belted out good music during the entire day and had all the guests tapping their feet. All were dressed for Holi with lots of colors. It was a very enjoyable day as members and guests got together to enjoy with colours, music and games.

MC Sonali ensured that all the members and guests got involved and the spirit of Holi was evident in all the games and spot prizes.
One of the key highlights of the event was live music performances by Sur Sangam Kuwait on popular Holi songs- which had all those present tapping their feet and dancing!

The food included a huge spread of yummy Indian dishes for snacks as well as a lavish lunch.

Upkar has been regularly organizing for its members events and celebrations including Holi, Diwali, Lohri, Sports Day etc. Social events such as Yoga Day and Blood Donation Camp have also been organized.
