10th standard Indian school student Fida Ancy released her first Novel

10th standard Indian student, Fida Ancy, released her first novel titled "A Convergence of Fates". A student of Indian Education School (Bhavans Kuwait), Fida Ancy, released her first novel after two years of writing. The book is published by e-Grandha, a Kerala-based publisher.

"I started writing during the Covid time when we all were restricted to our lives within our home," Fida told IndiansinKuwait.com. Fida, who has loved reading since her childhood, was always fascinated by reading fantasy, science fiction and motivational books. Fida also received various prizes, including the "Spark creative writing competition" by exploreABC and many other awards from her school.

Fida is also an IIK Young Reporter, a platform by IndiansinKuwait.com to encourage the writing habits of young minds.



The novel "A Convergence of Fates" is a fantasy centered around three main characters and is the culmination of their encouragements where three threads of fate converge, bringing together deadly secrets and unfathomable power.

"My teachers, especially Pushpalatha Mam and our Principal Shri Premkumar Sir, had always encouraged me to write," Fida said. IIK Young Reporter Program also encouraged me to write a lot, Fida said. Her poems and short stories are also featured in various forums. Fida also is a talented artist who won several prizes for her paintings.



The novel, which is already available in the market, is scheduled for an official launch in June in India.

"My parents also supported me in my entire journey of releasing this Novel," Fida said. From my young age, they encouraged me in reading and writing, she said. Fida's father Mr Basheer Ancy is working with Behbehani Motors, and her Mother, Shafna Ancy, is a teacher at the Indian School of Excellence Kuwait. She has two siblings, and both are studying in Kuwait.
