Kuwait block illegal entry of 530 deported expats in 2022

Kuwait International Airport thwarted the attempt of 530 deported expatriates while they were trying to re-enter Kuwait on a fake passport in the year 2022.

According to report, despite using forged passports and false names, they failed to fool the finger printing devices at the Airport. Majority of them are from mostly from Asian countries and 120 were females.

The finger printing devices were implemented at the Airport during 2011 and since then it has stopped manipulation and forgery, exposed the criminal plans of the deportees, and stopped thousands of them from entering the country, report added.

According to report, the system takes 3 seconds to identify any person arriving or departing against the data stored in the system. The system also reveals those who are on wanted list and travel ban.
