Carmel bids Adieu to Grade XII

Carmel School Kuwait bade farewell and wished Godspeed to the 2022-2023 batch of Grade XII in a splendiferous farewell ceremony, held on Saturday, 7th January, 2023. The much awaited ceremony, a cocktail of sentiments replete with nostalgia, contentment and gratitude, was organized by the teachers and students of Grade XI.

The ceremony commenced with a welcome dance and was followed by an invocation. The mentors of Carmel extended their prayerful best wishes to and blessings upon the outgoing batch. The students of Grade XI paid a soul-stirring tribute to their seniors through a stirring presentation. Sr. Christy Maria, the Principal, in her farewell message highlighted the prerequisites of success in life and assured them of her prayers. In a solemn oath-taking ceremony that followed, the outgoing students promised to their alma mater that they would truly and conscientiously uphold at all times, the unique values, ideals and principles they were groomed with during their formative years at Carmel. A kaleidoscope several snapshots of yesteryears shown on screen helped them muse over their good old days and hark back to their wistful school memories. Laudable accolades were conferred on each student on account of his or her unique forte.

The coveted titles of Mr. Carmel and Ms. Carmel were bestowed on Mohammed Arsh and Susan Sabitha Asok Kumar respectively. Ryan Varghese Thomas and Joann Johncen were adjudged the runners-up. The ceremony rose to a crescendo with the valedictory address and the grand finale dance. The ceremony came to a close with the School Anthem. Carmel family extends its plaudits and best wishes to the outgoing students as they journey ahead in life. Vijayee Bhava: Be successful!!!
