Intellectual Tamilian Dr.Paul Manuel honored

Kuwait University announced that Dr. Paul Manuel, who works in Kuwait University, has been selected as one of the top 2% scientists in the world.

Dr. Paul Manuel has received many recognitions as 'Best Teacher' and 'Best Researcher'. He is currently working as a professor in Kuwait University.



He is well versed in Tamil Literature and world renowned scientist.

He impressed the heart of Tamil people not only in Kuwait but in Australia also by his wonderful speech. He is a great example of how education can make a man raise.
The Tamil people of Kuwait appreciated and congratulated Dr.



Paul Manuel. Kuwait Supreme Cargo & Travels honored him for making mark as world class scientist.
