Kuwait to test Siren warning system Tuesday

The Ministry of Interior announced that the it will test the sirens system tomorrow, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at ten o'clock in the morning, in the northern and southern border areas. This is part of their usual effort to educate citizens and residents about the meaning of warning sirens and the preparations to be taken upon hearing them.

The administration stated that first intermittent tone will be sounded at 10:00 am sharp for a period of 3 minutes, this will be followed by the introductory voice message in Arabic and English for that tone. At exactly 10:10 am, the second “wavy” tone will be sounded followed by the introductory message in both Arabic and English, and at 10:20 am the third tone will be released, followed by the introductory audio message.
