ICSK Amman celebrates Children’s Day

“Every child born into the world is a new thought of God, an ever fresh and radiant possibility”.

To pay tribute to the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and to honour childhood, ICSK Amman celebrated Children’s Day on 14th November, 2022. The day focused on children and their enjoyment. The children came dressed in casual clothes which gave them great enthusiasm. The celebrations started with the assembly conducted by the teachers.









The children’s day programme had a series of interesting and exciting events planned for a complete entertainment of the students. A variety of cultural events like songs and dances were performed by the teachers. They presented humorous skits which conveyed values and principles based on honesty, confidence and moral awareness that would have a lasting impact on the students. The teachers made the day special by involving the students into various games, quizzes and giving away surprise gifts and chocolates.









Inspirational speeches were rendered by the school Principal, Vice Principal and teachers whichl indicated their love and care to every child. The Principal in his speech commended the teachers for their outstanding contribution in organizing a programme which cheered the children. He also reminded that children are the future of tomorrow and it is the responsibility of the elders to give them the right education and inculcate good values which will help them lead a good life. The Vice Principal’s message emphasized that the children reciprocate the love extended by their teachers with respect and obedience. The day was celebrated with lot of passion and joy by the whole school.
