NAFO Global Kuwait presents Business Awards 2022 at anniversary celebration

Kuwait’s leading socio-cultural organization, NAFO Global, honored four prominent individuals with the Business Awards. The NAFO Global Business Awards -2022 ceremony took place during the 19th annual celebration of NAFO, ‘Pragati’, held at the American International School Auditorium Maidan Hawally on Friday November 4 evening.

Adeeb Ahmed, Managing Director of Lulu Financial Holdings, received the Business Leader Award of NAFO Global Kuwait. Bhavans Middle East Chairman N. K. Ramachandran was presented with NAFO Global Education Leader Award.

Entrepreneurship Award for Best Entrepreneur was conferred on to the prominent expatriate businessman Captain Fisher Foodstuff Company Managing Director Mohandas Kizhakke and NAFO Global Corporate Icon Award was conferred to Jazeera Airways CEO Rohit Ramachandran.

Mazen Ali Al-Ansari, Assistant Undersecretary -International Media, Ministry of Information Kuwait was the guest of honor on the occasion of the award ceremony.
NAFO Global Kuwait Annual celebrations were inaugurated by Indian Embassy First Secretary and Head of Chancery Dr Vinod Gaikwad by lighting the auspicious lamp. CP Rajiv Menon, President of NAFO Global Kuwait, delivered the keynote speech at the inaugural function. Vijay Kumar Menon, General Secretary NAFO Global Kuwait welcomed the audience and Program Convener Anish Nair proposed a vote of thanks. NAFO Global Kuwait Advisory Board Chairman Vijayan Nair, Treasurer TKV Pradeep Kumar, Ladies Wing Chief Coordinator Sheeba Shaiju were also present.

An impressive souvenir was released in connection with the anniversary celebrations by Dr Vinod Gaikwad and Mazen Ali Al-Ansari in the presence of sponsors and NAFO office-bearers.

NAFO Symphony song “Bhaje Sharadama”, was presented by NAFO kids was one of the highlights of the show. A visual presentation on NAFO GLOBAL MILESTONES, demonstrating the humanitarian work, financial assistance to the needy and strides in education, shed light on the organization’s journey and its growth.

The musical performance by the 12-member band ‘Pragati’ was the main attraction of the anniversary celebration which enthralled the audience. Dr K. S. Harisankar and Kerala State Award winner Nithya Mammen, who has become a music sensation with her melodious singing, gave the audience a memorable musical experience.
