SGUSORC Golden Jubilee (Yobel 2022-23) Inaugurated

The Golden Jubilee (Yobel 2022) of St. George Universal Syrian Orthodox Reesh Church was inaugurated by His Grace Dr. Joseph Mor Gregorios (Catholicate Assistant, Trustee, Malankara Metropolitan Trustee) at NECK.

In the opening speech, His Grace called that true love arises when individuals and churches act in the love of Christ, and that everyone should try to become in Christ's love by embracing Christ. The felicitation and blessing message of the Patriarchal vicar of Kuwait His Grace Kuriakose Mor Eusebius was also telecasted.

Parish Vicar Rev. Fr Gibu Cherian delivered the Presidential address. Mr. Roy Yohannan, NECK Secretary congratulated the church on its occasion and released the Jubilee logo. The highlight of the inauguration was an extravagant Musical Night- Christian Devotional songs sung by Rev. Fr. Severios Thomas’ was indeed an appealing and blessed one and made the evening most memorable.

The Vicar of Mary's Jacobite Church, Rev. Fr. Sibi Eldhose, and Vicar of St. Peter's Knanaya Church Rev Fr. Sigil Jose delivered a Felicitation speech on the occasion. Parish Secretary Mr. Aju P Alias, Trustee Mr. John M. Paily, and Jubilee Convener Mr. Thampi Paul spoke on the occasion.
