AMU Old Boys’ Association Kuwait chapter visited Chancellor of AMU Aligarh HH Syedna Dr Muffadal Saifuddin

His Holiness Syedna Dr . Muffadal Saifuddin is an spiritual leader of Bohra community, philanthropist and he is also a chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University consecutively for the second term. Many spiritual leaders became chancellor of the university like His Holiness Dr Syedna Taher Saifuddin and His Holiness Dr Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin, they have held the esteemed position of Chancellor from 1953 to 1965 and 1999-2002 respectively.
His Holiness Syedna Dr . Muffadal Saifuddin the 53rd al-Dai al-Mutlaq and present leader of the worldwide Dawoodi Bohra community. The second son of the 52nd al-Dai al-Mutlaq His Holiness Dr Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin.
Being a leader he dedicated his life to the service of the community and for the upliftment of the society at large, with a special emphasis on education, environmental responsibility and socio-economic development.
His Holiness is a gifted writer and has authored an annual treatise over the last five years. He has also composed numerous poems in Arabic, Urdu and the community’s vernacular, Lisan al-Dawat.He has been honoured with a number of accolades, awards and official proclamations since his ascension to the community leadership in 2014.
As the chancellor of the University his highness during his visit wished everyone with his generous words and prayer for everyone. He prayed to Allah, the Almighty, that He may raise this university to the highest of ranks. May He continue to inspire its professors, students and all those men and women who serve it with dedication, and protect them from all hardships and misfortunes. And from the precincts of this university, may the message of peace and goodwill not only continue to reverberate across India, but spread all over the world; and may the banner of unity and fraternity continue to be raised all throughout.
On 18 Sept, 2022 members of the association after getting appointed paid a visit at Markaz Al Burhani, Ardiya and presented him a bouquet of flowers as a token love and respect to their chancellor.His holiness honored the team with a shawl which he presented to all the members present there.
The meeting was short but memorable as it is for the first time the President of the association Mr. Aslam Parvez, VP Dr. Iran Chaudhary, Joint Sec Mrs. Shazia Mansoor, other EC members - Mr. Syed Nadeem Ifthekhar, Mr. Yusuf Abdullah, Mr. Adil Sareer, Mr. Ahmed Imroz Khan besides Mr. Amir, Mr. Asim, Mr. Maseehuddin meet His Holiness Syedna Dr. Mudaddal Saifuddin personally.
