Move to establish new Entertainment city project

Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment Abdulwahab Al-Rasheed has unveiled a plan to establish an entertainment facility at the current location of the Entertainment City.

According to Al-Anba daily, the Minister had send a letter to Kuwait Municipality about the Cabinet’s decision to allocate the Entertainment City project to a State property; in which the minister requested for financial, economic and technical studies for the development of the Entertainment City project. The letter also sought cadastral plans and studies on the area and land uses (commercial, investment or any other use).

The report says that these requests will help the technical team in presenting recommendations and the best ways to establish an entertainment facility.
