Temperature crosses 50 degree celsius

The meteorological station at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation DGCA, informed that the temperature in the country on Friday crossed 50 degree celsius in stations belonging to the department.

Officials at the DGCA said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the country witnessed very hot weather on Friday, and the rise in temperatures was noticeable among citizens and residents.

Al-Jahra station recorded 52.8 degrees Celsius, followed by Al-Abdali Agricultural 52.3, Al-Sulaibiya 52.1, Al-Sabriyah 51.6 degrees, Al-Wafra Agricultural and 51.5 degrees Celsius at Kuwait International Airport.
