Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan commemorative Blood Donation Drive at Adan blood Bank

Adoor NRI forum and Blood Donors Kerala Kuwait Chapter organized a joint blood donation drive at Adan Cooperative Blood Transfusion Center on 20 may,2022, paying tribute to the President of UAE , Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The camp witnessed an impressive response from the association's members and from the general public as well. 82 donors registered for the event and 72 successful donations were made in the camp. The donors were honored with certificates of appreciation by the organizers.
The camp was formally inaugurated by Adoor NRI forum President Juju Molethe . He paid tribute to the former President of UAE, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan on behalf of the organizers of the blood donation camp. He explored the health benefits and social significance of voluntary blood donation, in his presidential address.

Biju K C, the Vice president of the forum, welcomed the gathering while Thomas John, Anu P Rajan, Sreekumar S Nair, Bijo P Babu and Mathews Oommen from NRI forum and Nimish Kavalam and Manoj Mavelikkara felicitated the blood donors. Sreekumar Punnoor thanked the donors and the guests.Adoor NRI forum was honoured with a memento for their social services and exemplary skills in the execution of the blood donation camp; a memento was presented by Jayan Sadasivan ,BDK.

BEC Exchange and Badar Al Samaa Medical center; the business partners of BDK Kuwait chapter, sponsored the blood donation drive.BDK members Nalinakshan, Jayan Sadasivan, Biji Murali, Kalesh B Pillai, Beena , PremKiran, Jolly, Venugopal, Vinoth, Premkitan and Adoor Forum members Anish Abraham( gen secretary) , A G Sunilkumar (treasurer), Biju Koshy (joint secretary), Rijo Koshy, Jayan Janardhananan, Shiny, Bindu William, Lijo Philip, William Kunjukunju, Shaheer Moideen Kunju, Jayakrishnan, Sujith Gopinath and Vishnu Raj (EC members) volunteered their services to the successful execution of the donation camp.
