Technical issue with Passport Applications Portal

The online Passport filling portal for Indian Passport Services is not functioning at present due to some technical reasons.

"Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and will inform the public as soon as the problem is resolved," Indian Embassy in Kuwait informed in a statement.

Meanwhile, all applicants for Passport, EC and PCC Services are hereby advised to check in advance with BLS Outsourcing Center, through their Call Centre (Phone No.22211228; Whatsapp Number – 6550 6360 – Text and Audio message only; Website: [email protected]) before visiting the Centers for Passport/EC/PCC application services, Embassy informed.

Visa and Consular Document Attestation services are being received and processed at BLS Outsourcing Centers as usual.
