Proposal submitted for residence violators to exit Kuwait without paying fines

A proposal has been submitted by the Residence Affairs department to allow the residence violators to leave the country without paying fines, reports Al Anba Newspaper.

According to report, there are currently 150,000 violators in the country who are residing illegally.
