Hawalli Municipality removed 215 abandoned cars in December

The Department of General Cleanliness and Road Works in the Hawally Municipality carried out several field tours in all areas of the governorate during the month of December to remove obstructions and distortions from the roads.

The field tour in December resulted in recording 1,719 violations and removed 215 abandoned cars and two abandoned boats. The team also recorded 147 violations for occupying the road and 153 violations of general cleanliness and 5 violations against street vendors.

The goal of the field tours is to monitor violators and take legal measures against the violators.

The team also pays great attention to the level of cleanliness in the areas as well as removing everything that distorts the aesthetic view of the public places.
