As some flights were cancelled from Kuwait Airport due to thick fog yesterday, for many travelers who completed the immigration and then forced to return to Kuwait were activated by quarantine requirements on Shlonak app automatically (After exit and entry). However the DGCA clarified that those passengers will not require to quarantine as the Ministry of Health’s Sholonak App handlers has been requested to cancel quarantine for these passengers.

Earlier Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said Thursday that incoming flights have been diverted to nearby airports due to fog and low visibility.

The Ministry of Health, which is responsible for implementing the "Shlonak" application, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, has canceled the quarantine requests for these passengers, DGCA informed.
