About 90,000 took booster dose last week

About 90,000 citizens and residents were vaccinated, majority of them with booster dose, from last week at the Kuwait Vaccination Center and the other centers in the country, health sources informed.

The past few days witnessed an increased crowd at Misheref vaccination center as thousands of citizens and residents flocked to received the third dose of the vaccine. However the crowd was managed well by the health teams. Mishref center is open to all without prior appointment while other centers need appointment.

Booster dose is giving to anyone who completed 6 month after taking the second dose of any of the approved vaccine in Kuwait. High risk individuals can take the booster dose even before completing 6 month after 2nd dose. Mishref vaccination center is open to all from Sunday to Thursday between 9:00 am to 8:pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
