Children’s Day Celebration at Aspire Indian International School.

“The Children of today make the India of tomorrow” Rightly said by Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, the first Prime Minister or free India.

14th November is celebrated as Children’s Day all over India, and Indian schools abroad, and to keep this legacy alive Aspire Indian International School, Abbasiya kept up this tradition and celebrated it with pomp and show.

This day was made special by honouring the Frontline Medical staff, where parents who were a part of the medical fraternity were invited as guests of honours and the students were made to realise how their selflessness and bravery in fighting the covid crisis had earned them laurels and how it was our duty to show respect.

Teachers dressed up as famous Disney characters and cartoon characters stole the show. The show started with a parade full of Fairies and Princesses, witches, and other brave warriors. The teachers further showcased their singing talents. It was a day filled with fun and frolic followed by games and activities, social distancing was also a point which was kept in mind.

As Nelson Mandela once said, “Our children are out greatest treasure. They are the future.’
