Land allocated in Subiya for 'Drive-in cinema’

The Municipal Council approved the temporary allocation of a plot of land with an area of one million square meters in the Subiya area to establish a drive-in cinema through the owners of small and medium enterprises for a period of 5 years. This will be also used for the benefit of the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises Development to attract mobile vehicles.

The Department is authorized to move and modify the dimensions of the site and its area in case it conflicts with any existing infrastructure services or any organizational or technical reasons and coordination with the ministries of services before starting to exploit the site and refer to the municipal council in the event of a request for modification.
