DGCA confirm opening of airport with full capacity from Sunday

Directorate General of Civil Aviation DGCA announced that the Council of Ministers had instructed the DGCA to implement the third phase of the plan to operate Kuwait International Airport and to return to work at the airport at its full capacity as of Sunday 24th October 2021.



Currently the Kuwait International Airport has a daily limit of 10,000 passenger, which resulted in high cost of ticket prices from various countries including India. Opening the Airport to its full capacity is expected to reduce the airline ticket prices drastically.
