There are myriad reasons for working out. You might want to get into good shape, improve your fitness, reap the mental health benefits, or simply be able to hold a conversation while you’re running. It’s well known that exercise can have great impacts on the body, but what does exercise do to your brain? Not only does exercise help you grow new brain cells, but it can also put you in a good mood, which can have positive effects for both physical and mental health. Exercise can provide a way to maintain brain function, according to a study in the Trends in Neuroscience Journal . The research shows that your session on the track or the treadmill increases the molecules in your brain that aid learning and protect against cognitive decline. The problem we always face while trying to do exercise is Laziness. Yes it affects me too, badly. But I think I have to write another article on how to reduce laziness.

So as I was saying exercise truly affects our brain. Don’t you feel a little energetic after doing some exercise? I know, I know it’s tiring but don’t you get a little freshed? But I’m damn sure you’ll get refreshed after drinking a glass of cold water after exercise. Exercise also makes your brain supplied with fuel which makes us energetic. So a tip to reduce laziness is by doing exercise as it makes us energetic. We may not feel energetic just after doing it but believe me you will. And another interesting fact is that running and swimming is the best exercise for our brain. Exercises also gives us a good sleeep, reduces our strees and also improves our diet . I used to exercise before but due to my exams I just took a break and now I’m lazy too. Hmmm.. so I guess now I will have to start exercising in order to reduce laziness.

I conclude my short article believeing that “exercising is hard; of course its hard. If it was easy everybody around me would have been someone like CR7.” Well let me start my work out so as to get fit like you guys!

Have A Healthy Day !
