No decision made on Monday's cabinet meeting on return to normal life

Although the Ministerial Corona Emergency Committee submitted a report to the Council of Ministers on Monday, regarding the return to normal life, the government decided to postpone the decision on various recommendations to its next session.

Various discussions were held on Monday including opening of some closed activities, removing social distancing on mosques for prayers, allowing people not to wear masks in open places etc were discussed by the Corona Emergency Committee. However the cabinet postponed the final announcement on these decisions to its next session.

According to sources, the committee also made recommendations regarding the activities expected to be opened, such as wedding halls and events of all kinds, and allowing gatherings.

During its weekly meeting on Monday, the council reviewed the committee's report, but decided to postpone the decision to a future session.
