Ambassador continues his engagement to strengthen India-Kuwait relationship

Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Shri Sibi George continues his engagement with Kuwaiti dignitaries and officials to strengthen the relationship between the two countries.

Last week, Ambassador visited H.E. Amb. Waleed Ali Al-Khubaizi, Assistant Foreign Minister, Asia Affairs, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and discussed, inter-alia, ways to further strengthen bilateral ties, diaspora issues, and matters of mutual interest.



Ambassador also visited H.E. Mr. Kamel Al-Abdul Jalil, Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature (NCCAL) and discussed cultural engagement. As India is celebrating 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Kuwait, year-long celebrations are planned by the Embassy of India Kuwait. NCCAL will play a crucial role in tightening the cultural relationship between both countries. Ambassador also discussed matters of mutual interest with NCCAL Secretary General.
