Teacher’s Day Celebrations By Telugu Sanghala Samaakhya

Teachers' Day is observed on September 5 in India to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was recipient of Bharat Ratna, first Vice- President, and second President of independent India.

On 5th September 2021, Sunday a Virtual Event was organized by Gulf Telugu Sanghala Samaakhya which consists of 8 Telugu Associations from all the 8 countries in the gulf region.

75 Teachers from the Gulf countries who teaches Telugu Language, Bhagawad Geeta and other subjects were involved in this great evet and gave their valuable speeches and inspired others with their teaching experiences. An appreciation Certificates were presented to all the Teachers who took part in this event. The Program was compered by Sri Venkappa Bhagavatula and Technical Support by Vikram Sukhavasi from Qatar.

while specking to the organizer of the event Sri Sudhakara Rao Kudaravalli said that it was first of its kind celebrated Teacher’s Day across the Gulf involving 8 Telugu Associations of various countries in Gulf and sharing their valuable speeches and experiences of the Teachers. He also said we must thank firstly to our parents for everything they gave and taught us to grow up, secondly our teachers who teaches us various values in our education and office superiors in professional career who guide and supports us and finally our life partners who take care of us in all aspects.

Sri Sudhakara Rao thanked all the Presidents of the Gulf Telugu Associations namely TKS Bahrain President Sri Siva Yellapu, TKS Oman President Sri Anil Kumar Kadimcherla, Andhra Kala Vedika Qatar President Sri MVV Satyanarayana, Saudi Telugu Association President Smt. Deepika Ravi, Telugu Kala Sravanthi Abu Dhabi President Sri. Pruthviraj, Telugu Tarangini Ras Al-Khaimah President Sri Venkata Suresh and Telugu Families Fujairah President Sri Veda Murthy for being part of the Gulf Telugu Sanghala Samaakhya and organizing this great event.
