To treat your heart better as well as burn fat, you need to shoot for the target said by Dr. Cooper – getting aerobic exercise for at least a half-hour three times a week or for 20 minutes four times a week or as comfortable as you are. Exercise helps a person in many ways, today’s generation needs to be fit and healthy because we intake a lot of junk food which cannot be digested properly, so we can exercise and make our body fit and healthy.

On some days, you can move toward that goal simply by extending your 10-minute walk into 20 or 30 minutes. Or perhaps you can pinpoint some other exercises that you’d like to do, nonstop, for 20 or 30 minutes several times a week. Here’s where it pays to take advantage of low-intensity aerobics.

In my day to day routine, I go through a relaxed, low-intensity aerobic exercise session three times a week for a half-hour each session, by riding my bicycle or doing skipping or running race with my friends. On evenings when the weather is good, the session is nothing more complicated than brisk walking. Even my parents join me sometime. Since that exercise after mealtime helps prevent cravings for high-fat foods, were less likely to gravitate to the kitchen, wondering why we are still hungry long after the meal is over.

Benefits of aerobic:

When you’re doing aerobic exercise, you take in more air and get rid of more carbon dioxide with each breathe. In addition to strengthening your heart and making blood flow more efficient, this process provides some other benefits too.

Your blood vessels become more flexible, so they’re less likely to get fatty deposits from the blood that passes through. That means there’s less resistance in the blood vessels and less work for your heart.

The heart muscle grows stronger and is better supplied with blood. With each beat, the heart can pump more blood, increasing what doctors call the stroke volume. Lung capacity increases.

Aerobics also helps to reduce the cholesterol, now days there are more and more people getting involved in doing aerobics and taking more care for their health. The media and internet too has also helped the people more active and alert showing the proper way of exercising.

Be fit be healthy!
