Faips (DPS) Students Display Their Academic Excellence 2020-21

Monday, August 23, 2021

The unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted society in several ways. Quite understandably, educational processes have been deeply impacted. In the midst of these trying times students of FAIPS (DPS) have admirably risen to the challenge when CBSE was compelled to cancel Grade 12 Board Exam scheduled for June 2021 due to a spike in COVID cases.

In the absence of regular Board exam, CBSE devised a fair and transparent assessment plan to evaluate each student based on his school performance. The efficient conduct of alternate system of evaluation allayed the anxiety of students and parents as it has resulted in favourable outcomes. It also gave a more meaningful mode of evaluating students than the year-end examinations. Especially this year, decision by the CBSE not to declare subject wise 0.1 merit list of students and not to issue merit certificates to the students is very appropriate.

FAIPS (DPS) expresses its gratitude to CBSE for its timely announcement of results which will facilitate students to secure admissions in various institutions of higher learning and pursue the courses of their choice. The school wishes all its students a very bright future and thanks all the stake holders for their whole hearted support and trust in the process.
